1. Connect printer to computer
2. Enter printer into Download Mode
– On the printer turned off, open the front cover of the printer.
– Press and hold buttons [Power Saver] after [Power]
– Should appear on the printer display [FIRMWARE DOWNLOAD MODE]
– Unpress the buttons.
3. Extract the archive with the firmware and drag and drop the file FIX_NU_XXXXXXXXXX_WC3345_V60.00x.xx.000.hd on usbprns2.exe.
– Wait for the printer to done programming (1-2 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
4. Done, the firmware is finished.
